The Communist party of France and the National question

Translated Tuesday 18 December 2012, by Pierre Kulemann and reviewed by Hervé Fuyet

I am under the impression that part of the success of Chavez comes from the way he manages to combine the defense of Venezuela with communist internationalism.

On this particular topic, I would very much like to see our paper L’Humanité explaining the positions of The French Communist Party, of the French Front de Gauche, and of the European Left Party .

It might be interesting to do it through a comparizon between the positions of the Communist Party of Portugal and the positions of the PCF.
(For the CPC positions in French, see
