From Raqqa:
Activists using social media have affirmed that combat aircraft of the ``International Coalition’’, led by the United States, have carried out, during the last 24 hours [1], 25 raids on sections of the city of Raqqa, and have used, in many of these raids, white phosphorus bombs, munitions that are internationally prohibited.
Information from identified civilian and media sources assures SANA [2] that the raids targeted zones in the west of the city of Raqqa, and also the neighborhoods of Sabahi, where there were 17 victims, including 12 killed in a raid on a cybercafe in the Jazara zone, situated near the Euphrates River.
